Returns & Refunds

Effective: April 24, 2025

We accept returns within 30 days for non-personalized, non-sale items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns on personalized products, gift cards, or sale items. Orders for personalized items are final — please double-check all details before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Direct exchanges aren't offered, but you may return an eligible item and place a new order.

EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal if items meet return conditions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
